Who runs DrBell

About DrBell

DrBell is a medicine-reminder app. It reminds people of what their doctor has already prescribed, and tells the people they choose when a dose is missed. It is a reminder, not a doctor, a pharmacist or a medical device, and it gives no medical advice — what DrBell is, and is not.

• Web: for families and caregivers at care.drbell.app, and for care homes at org.drbell.app.

Corporate structure

DrBell is run by two sister companies under common ownership.

Newtact Lab Private Limited (OPC) — India

A One Person Company incorporated in India.

• Operates the DrBell service, and is the Data Fiduciary for your personal data under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, as the DPDP notice and the Privacy policy say.
• Will be the seller for purchases made on the DrBell website in India, with GST invoices and payments processed by Razorpay.

Thaja FZE LLC — United Arab Emirates

A company in the Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone.

• Will be the seller for purchases made on the DrBell website outside India, with VAT invoices where applicable and payments processed by Stripe.

Buying in the app

Subscriptions bought in the app are sold by Google (Google Play) or Apple (the App Store) as merchant of record. Their own terms, receipts and refund rules apply, alongside ours. Buying on the DrBell website is not open yet.
